Refund policy

At Boca Babes, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our refund process works:

We accept returns within  7 days of delivery for store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale items, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories are final sale and non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right!

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Processing Times

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

 If approved, you’ll automatically receive store credit or a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
