Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after 12 hours due to our fast processing times.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Once items are handed to the carrier, Boca Babes is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Boca Babes is not liable for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Tracking Information

  • All customers receive a tracking number once their order ships.

  • It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


Marked as Delivered

If the carrier marks your package as "Delivered" but you did not receive it:

  • Please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first.

  • Boca Babes is not responsible for packages marked delivered but missing.

  • Customers must contact the carrier to resolve delivery disputes.


Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

  • Pre-order items ship on the estimated date listed but may experience production or shipping delays.

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship together unless split shipping is purchased.


International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.

  • Boca Babes is not liable for delays due to customs processing.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • Claims beyond 48 hours cannot be reviewed due to carrier verification limits.
